Local Delivery & Pickup

At Life & Lair, we’re thrilled to offer local customers convenient delivery and pickup options for their new plant picks. Whether you’d like us to bring your order to your door or prefer to meet in person, we make it easy to schedule your preferred day and time right at checkout.

🚚 Local Delivery

Availability: Saturdays & Sundays, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM

How It Works:
Local deliveries are available within a 10-mile radius of Palm Bay (32907). You can select a 30-minute delivery window during checkout using our scheduling tool.

Delivery Fee: $8 flat rate per order.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your plants at your scheduled time, or leave a shaded, weather-safe location for drop-off. Deliveries left unattended for extended periods or in unsafe conditions (above 80°F or below 45°F) may void our Live Arrival Guarantee.

If your area isn’t currently eligible for delivery, you’ll see “Delivery Unavailable” during checkout.

🏡 Local Pickup

Availability: Saturdays & Sundays, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM

Look for our delivery vehicle in the parking lot. Please do not go inside the store — this is a public meeting point, not a retail location.

You can select your pickup date and 30-minute time slot during checkout. If you need to reschedule, contact us.

  • Both local delivery and pickup orders are managed through our automated scheduling system to ensure smooth coordination.
  • You’ll receive email updates as your order status changes (e.g., “Order Ready,” “Out for Delivery,” or “Schedule Updated”).
  • All plants are covered by our Live Arrival Guarantee when received during the scheduled pickup or delivery window.
  • If you’re unable to pick up or receive your order at the scheduled time, please contact us as soon as possible to make alternate arrangements.
