    Because we work with living plants, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped, been delivered, or picked up. Every plant is unique, and we take great care to ensure each one leaves our nursery healthy and well-packed for its journey to you.


    📦 Live Arrival Guarantee

    We stand behind the quality of our plants and offer a Live Arrival Guarantee for all orders — whether shipped, delivered, or picked up locally.

    If your plant arrives damaged or non-viable, please email us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup with clear photos of:

    • The plant itself
    • The box, bag, or packaging materials

    Once we review your claim, we’ll determine whether a replacement, refund, or store credit is appropriate — this is done at our discretion based on the condition of the plant and the circumstances of delivery or pickup.

    🚫 No Returns or Exchanges

    We do not accept returns or exchanges for live plants if they arrive healthy and as described. Due to the sensitive nature of living products, once a plant leaves our care, we can’t guarantee its environment or condition, so all sales are final.


    🚚 Local Delivery & Pickup Orders

    Our Live Arrival Guarantee also applies to local deliveries and pickups, with the following additional conditions:

    • Someone must be available to receive the plant during the scheduled delivery window.
    • For pickup orders, plants must be collected within the selected 30-minute window.
    • Plants cannot be left outside or in vehicles unattended — doing so voids the guarantee.
    • Once a plant has been delivered or picked up, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for damage caused by handling, neglect, or environmental stress.

    📍 Incorrect Addresses or Missed Deliveries

    Please double-check your shipping or delivery address before placing an order. We cannot reroute packages once they are shipped or dispatched for delivery.

    If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if delivery cannot be completed:

    • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, or missed delivery attempt, and the plants are not salvageable, the order will be considered forfeited and will not be refunded.
    • If the plants are still in healthy, resellable condition, we may — at our discretion — offer reshipping at the buyer’s expense.

    🌡️ Carrier Delays & Weather Conditions

    We take every precaution to package and transport plants safely, but we cannot be responsible for damage caused by carrier delays, weather events, or missed delivery/pickup windows.

    To maximize your plant’s health, please ensure someone is available to receive or pick up your order promptly at the scheduled time.
